In honor of circular leadership and since this is designed to be an intimate container with only 5 of us, I will poll the group after enrollment is full and we'll find times and days that will work for all. I will also record and provide a replay of each session in case life happens and you have to miss a session.

BOTH. Unequivocally both. As a shamanic teacher, the process of initiation is core to how I lead. During this mastermind, you will receive the four initiations of feminine leadership...rites that are meant to be remembered soul-level. However, each rite is our theme for each month's teaching session and they are strategic as well. We cannot step into feminine leadership without understanding how to lead, attract, offer, and speak. I will be teaching the energetic and strategic, masculine and feminine, human and divine sides of this. Every session will include integration work to apply the principles taught.

We will be together the entire 4 months in an app called Telegram. In this sacred space, you will be able to share your integration work, open up about the challenges you face, get real time guidance from me both energetically and strategically, and brainstorm with the other mastermind members. I will also regularly check in with channeled messages and energy work to support the group's growth.

Leaders usually find me once they have taken so many courses and worked with so many coaches and healers only to still feel like something is off. I have a unique ability to get to the heart of your vision so I welcome you with open arms if you are skipping some of those steps and making it to me sooner.

Somewhere along the way, we have lost sight that the only thing you actually need to lead is a heart of service. While we don't control timing, of course you can get clients. As far as whether this will work for you, the question to ask is whether you feel 100% clear on how you uniquely lead, attract, offer, and speak. If that certainty doesn't live inside your body yet, that's the work that is ahead of us together.

Your tuition includes our accommodations which will be in a comfortable home nearby Niagara Falls, NY. Tickets for our trip to the falls as well as a few indulgences and gifts are on Equinox as well. Your travel expenses (by plane or vehicle) as well as your meals for our time together are on you. We used to provide meals for retreats and price that in but we found most people have their own food preferences.
