The body holds it all. The memories, experiences, and traumas that cross lifetimes and lineages. And what the body holds exists on many levels energetically.
There are so many methods to reduce our stress, improve our outlook, and see our path more clearly but until we get to the root of the energy, we can't really release what is no longer serving us. And once we do, our gifts, our callings, our sense of peace, and our deepest desires start to rise up.
Energy healing combines the power of intention with time-tested modalities that are well-recognized for facilitating deep healing physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Sessions are impactful whether experienced in person or virtually.
I'm here because of my own healing journey. Several years ago, knowing nothing of this work, I walked up to the only healer I knew and told her that I didn't understand what she did...but I knew she could help me. That moment and every energy healing session I had after it changed my life in so many ways.
I'd built a life that looked really successful on the outside...but I wondered why all the wins never felt as good as they "should." The truth is...I'd been conditioned to create a world I didn't even want and I wasn't in touch with myself enough to actually know what I did desire out of life. Meanwhile, I was struggling with chronic pain and stress and looking for relief.
My healing has helped me make peace with my past, share my true essence with the world, open up my intuitive gifts, step into my soul callings, and own my personal power which is why I'm so passionate about helping others do the same.
I incorporate many techniques into my healing work including chakra clearing, chakra activations, cord cutting, attachment removal, past life regression, recapitulation, guided visualizations, affirmation work, soul reintegration, reiki, and sound healing (primarily toning, drumming, & rattle work).
