Darby grew up without traditional religious practice but she always felt a deep connection to Spirit in her own ways. She found herself drawn to astrology and tarot after finding out there were many intuitive readers within her family line. In her childhood, she was surrounded by a musical and artistic family who encouraged her sense of adventure, love of laughter, and tenacious spirit.
At the age of ten, she lost her biological father to suicide which created a deep abandonment wound on her heart. She then lost one of her brothers to Scleroderma when he was just eighteen. She got married young and as she navigated motherhood along with unprocessed grief, she experienced a dark night of the soul and heart-wrenching depression. Her path to healing started with attending church which led to therapy, mindfulness practices, and eventually, deeper spiritual work.
Darby’s favorite phrase is “love yourself louder!” and she is so skilled at encouraging others to express themselves and allow all parts of self to play. Whether she’s sharing her passion for music, fashion, or people, she’s going to lead with love for herself and others.
Darby leads a few programs for Equinox, both 1:1 and group. She also serves through reiki healing, spiritual counseling, and soul-led business strategy sessions as well as tarot, oracle, and astrology readings. She specializes in mindset, confidence, and inner child work. Read more about Darby here.
